Theatre (also theater in American English) is a collaborative form of fine art that uses live performers to present the experience of a real or imagined event before a live audience in a specific place. The performers may communicate this experience to the audience through combinations of gesture, speech, song, music or dance. Elements of design and stagecraft are used to enhance the physicality, presence and immediacy of the experience.[2] The specific place of the performance is also named by the word "theatre" as derived from the Ancient Greek θέατρον (théatron, “a place for viewing”) and θεάομαι (theáomai, “to see", "to watch", "to observe”).

In my own short definition, theater is a place where a group of people express their feelings through acts, dance, and music based on their concept on delivering the message to a large group of audience. Nowadays its hard to find a good theater performance because in theater you have to act or dance live, and not recorded. You have express your feelings and emotion to the fullest. Therefore, its hard to find a good actors or dancers that can do that. Almost rare.
Honestly saying that I love theater more than watching movies at the cinema. As a media form, Theater communicates messages to its audience live and if it is powerful enough, it could give more impact to the audience better than the movies do without the effects. The audience could feel the emotions. Back to the old time, they used to do a plain theater performance, where they did usual acting skills and background set. But nowadays, I have watched they do it in different dimensions like 4 dimensional and 5 dimensional followed by great music effects, acting skills and stage background settings.
The youngsters should participate and explore themselves into this industry so this theater things will not fade out but could be a great place for people to go to instead.
